Quick summary: we keep your information safe, we never sell it, and every client project also has its own written agreement.
1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Grow UP Services ("we", "us", "our") about your use of growupservices.org. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
The site describes the digital marketing and social media services we offer. Any client engagement is governed by a separate proposal or service agreement, which takes priority over these terms if they conflict.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and deliverables are set out in each proposal or service agreement. Invoices are due by the date shown. Unless your agreement says otherwise, refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment, and no refunds are given after that or for work already delivered. Late payments may pause work.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, designs and code, belongs to Grow UP Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Ownership of client deliverables is defined in each service agreement.
5. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: copy or scrape content in bulk, interfere with its security or operation, upload harmful code, impersonate anyone, or use it to build a competing service.
6. What you send us
You are responsible for information, feedback or materials you send us. You confirm you have the right to share them and that they are accurate and lawful. Feedback and ideas about the site may be used by us without obligation to you.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to websites and platforms we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.
8. No guarantees
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as followers, rankings, leads or sales.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Grow UP Services against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
11. Privacy
